Teen Review: Lucy by Laurence Gonzales
When you log your reading for our teen summer reading club, you can write a review of what you've read. This is one of those reviews.
I would definitely recommend reading Lucy because although the plot moves a little slowly at times, it leaves you with serious questions about human and nature and how are society reacts strongly to differences. It is a heart wrenching tale of trying to fit in and discovering who you are and standing by those you love. It will leave you gripped until the end, dying to find out what will become of the lovable, intelligent ape-girl, Lucy.
