Come Celebrate National Library Week!

April is one of those exciting months where there are so many activities. During April, we honor our volunteers, discuss the environment (Earth Day), read poetry (National Poetry Month) and, of course, celebrate libraries (National Library Week). 

While there are many reasons you visit on a regular basis (such as great storytimes, computer classes, recommended books, etc.), we are making it hard to resist stopping by during National Library Week! There will be author visits from mystery writer Lisa Scottoline, and children’s illustrator Deborah Freedman.  There will also be a couple of interesting fundraisers.  Lotta Legos is an opportunity for all of you builders to have your work judged.  And you are invited to join us for a special concert featuring world renowned Columbian jazz harpist, Edmar Castaneda.

Stop in for a visit during April, we have something for everyone.
