Professional Chocolatier Maria Brandiff will demonstrate the precise art of truffle making – with a healthy twist! Learn the basics then see how vegan and reduced calorie substitutes can make a healthier (but still delicious) chocolate truffle. She will talk about the health benefits of dark chocolate and will also demo making healthy “bark” filled with berries, nuts and seeds. Handouts will include more healthy chocolate recipes as well. Then taste the amazing outcomes!
