A gentle Body-Mind-Spirit cultivation which consists of series of slow, meditative and dance like movements which help to increase stamina and vitality; reduce stress; enhance the immune system; better balance; and improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions.

Lucy L. Gao was born in Tianjin, China. She is a certified Qigong/Tai Chi Instructor who graduated from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. Lucy is also a certified Yoga Instructor. Besides teaching Qigong/ Tai Chi and Yoga classes, Lucy is also a classical musician and a trained dancer.
