*Programs must be free of any charges and open to the public. *To reserve a meeting room visit the Reference Desk or call 594.5012. *Fees may apply to certain groups who use the meeting rooms. For more details see the Schedule of Charges. *Two rooms are available for use by outside groups. The Plaut Conference Room seats 16-20 people. The Adrian Lamb Room seats up to 200 people. The Lamb Room can be configured in a variety of ways and some audio-visual equipment is available for use. There is also a small kitchen that can be used at no extra charge. Meetings must be free and open to the public.
