Cooking by the Book has returned!!! 

For our second year, this popular program will be split into two different two sessions: one in the fall and one in the spring – making for even more happy cooks in the kitchen!!

Meetings will take place on the second Thursdays of the month in the evenings, 6 – 8 pm.

Fall Session: The International Cooking Tour

Sept. 12, Oct. 17*, Nov. 14, Dec. 12

Register to travel, once a month, around the world as we visit Russia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America through food!

Spring Session: The New and the Now in Food

Register to update your cooking skills and repertoire as we cook from Yotam, Gwyneth, Anthony, Dorie and Samin, plus other chefs on the cutting edge of food today.  We’ll discuss paleo, primal, cleansing and ayurvedic foods as well as new cooking tools such as the Insta Pot and the Sous Vide.
