
Code a Wordle-Style Python Game for Grades 6-9

This 4 session class will introduce students to the basics of Python. We will meet Monday-Thursday July 18-21 from 11-noon. This is a hands on workshop and cumulative class. Each day will cover coding concepts such as variables, loops and conditionals. Throughout the week, we will work on building a Wordle-style game. Students will follow along with the instructor to write and run their own code. This class is taught by Kaan Savasoglu. Kaan is a rising 12th grader at St. Luke’s School and lives in New Canaan. He loves computers and has been coding since 6th grade. Kaan is proficient in Python and C++.
For rising 6-9 graders. Please only register if you are able to attend all 4 sessions.
