This month our crafternoon focus will be: Chicken Scratch Embroidery. This vintage embroidery method was very popular in the 1930-1950s and was done on gingham cloth. Straight stitching, cross stitching, and a tiny bit of surface stitching produces something that resembles lace. All you need to know is how to thread a needle and The Embroiders’ Guild of America, Fairfield County Chapter, will teach the rest.

This workshop is limited to 10 participants.
