Four Flowers is a beginner embroidery piece created as an introduction to some basic embroidery stitches.  This piece is approximately 3.75” x 3.75” when finished and is stitched on linen fabric. It was created to inspire students to learn about different threads, embroidery stitches and materials.  Stitches include split stitch, star filling stitch, straight stitches, detached chain, backstitch, fly stitch, buttonhole, Japanese ribbon stitch, rosette bud stitch and attaching beads. Materials include linen fabric, cotton threads, needles, silk ribbon, beads, instructions and an embroidery hoop.
