
Dial-in Meditation with the Community Mindfulness Project

When the library is open, meditation sessions are usually offered on Wednesdays at noon by the Community Mindfulness Project. Good news– while many people are staying home due to the public health concern underway, CMP is offering call-in meditation on Wednesdays at noon, as well as other days/times during the week.

Monday through Friday
7:00 -7:30 AM Includes 15 minute guided meditation
1200-12:45 PM Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
7:00-7:45 PM Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
Saturday and Sunday
9:00-9:45 AM Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
