Even though our meditation sessions with the Community Mindfulness Project can’t happen in the library at the moment, you can attend call-in sessions Wednesdays at noon, as well as other days/times during the week.

Monday through Friday
7:00 – 7:30 AM Includes 15 minute guided meditation
12:00 – 12:45 PM Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
7:00 – 7:45 PM Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
Saturday and Sunday
9:00 – 9:45 AM Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
