August 15 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Location: Curtis Gallery

Are cows really a danger to the planet’s environmental health?  It has been reported that all that methane they produce has been linked to serious environmental danger.  But is that the whole story? Or is there more to learn? Come to New Canaan Library’s newest program to learn more.  Discussion Lab @ NCL is an opportunity for community members to discuss the complex issues behind the headlines. The discussion will be moderated and based on a couple of short readings. Copies of the articles will be available online, and in print at the library’s Information Desk a week before the program.
