Global Perspectives is a series of lectures, discussions and programs presented with the goal of opening a dialogue on current global and national topics, from politics and economics to culture and the arts. Funded by a grant from a private foundation, the series aims to broaden perspectives and create greater understanding.

Two national security experts will present their thoughts on the state of American safety and intelligence. Characterized by the relentless ambition of Russian President Putin, Chinese expansion in the South China Sea, continuing Iranian aggression in the Middle East and North Korea’s nuclear program, they will reflect on the past year from the perspective of seasoned CIA professionals.
