Google CS is cancelled for 11/15/2018 due to expected winter weather.
Create your own video games in Scratch! Design and program video games using code, computer science & creativity. Learn important gaming and coding concepts while building racing games, mazes, and other fun games. Each week we will learn about a different style of video game and create our own versions in Scratch.
For grades 4-8. Registration is required. Meets Thursdays from October 11 – December 6 at 4:30. Please only register if you are able to commit to at least 7 of the sessions.
Google CS Clubs are based on curriculum developed by Google. Each CS First club is based on a real-world theme and offers about 10 hours worth of lessons and activities. The different club themes aim to attract and engage students of varying backgrounds and interests. All materials are targeted at students in 4th – 8th grades (or between the ages of 9 – 14) and are free and easy to use.
