Intergenerational Felt Crafts at the New Canaan YMCA (In Person)
February 25, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Grandparents, grandkids, and adult-child pairs of all kinds, join your librarians at the YMCA to get crafty with felt! Learn how to make felt blankets, hats, and scarves, and try your hand at a felt flower challenge. This is an intergenerational program, designed to encourage family members (or friends) of all ages to get artsy together. The program is best suited for children ages 5 to 12 with an adult crafting partner. All adults and children 2 years or older must wear a mask for the duration of this program.
This program is only intended for families with children. If your child cannot wear a mask for medical reasons please contact Marie Aspinwall ([email protected]) 24 hours prior to class to discuss possible accommodations.
