What are the components of a story arc? How is point of view (POV )different in writing? How do I develop meaningful, interesting characters? These are just some of the discussions and exercises we will cover during the six week program at New Canaan Library. We will also take a look at how today’s popular writers keep their readers riveted. There will be in-class writing exercises, weekly topic lessons and some short readings for homework. This writing class is open to anyone, at any level, who is interested in trying their hand at writing. Classes meet on Tuesday evenings, Sept. 17, 24, Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22, at 6:30 pm – 8 pm.
Please join us.
