Location: Lamb Room

What is a marine ROV? How do they work? What can they do? The students in Spare Parts had to learn quickly the answer to these questions. Now it’s your turn! Join Dr. Porfiri and Dr. Laut, creators of the MR1 — a robotic marine vehicle capable of collecting water-quality and other data autonomously — at Manifold Robotics, to learn about the process of bringing a marine remotely operated vehicle from concept to working model.
