
New Canaan Native Tree ID Walking Tour

Join naturalist Katherine Wagner-Reiss as she compares the native and non-native trees that are planted around the New Canaan Library and adjacent streets.
Learn what trees you might want to plant at your own home to help birds, butterflies, insects and, ultimately, humans to flourish.

This program can accommodate up to 20 participants. Please be aware that this tour will require participants to be standing and walking for a full hour. This program is recommended for people who are at least 12 years old or older. Participants will meet in the Curtis gallery at 6:15 , then begin the tour together.
