JOIN THE WAITLIST

Inspired by a near-by rose garden that is home to over 600 hybrid tea roses, Betsy has created a colorful collection of paper botanicals that are the basis for this workshop. Using fine quality Italian and German crepe papers, the attendees will learn the process of making a hybrid tea rose with foliage and also personalize their work so that each flower is unique and reflects the artist’s creativity and taste. All materials are supplied. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own scissors for small details.  A supply list will be provided so that attendees can continue their work after the workshop. Space is limited.

Please note: We are pleased to host this in person event and recommend that attendees wear a mask. The evolving Covid situation might necessitate changes so please check HERE.

A life-long art enthusiast, Betsy Beach studied at Skidmore College, Parsons School of Design, and the School of Visual Arts. After working as a graphic artist, Betsy returned to studying art at The New York Studio School and subsequently opened a teaching studio at her home in Westport, CT. Moving to Greenville, SC in 2019, Betsy continues to teach and work on her own creative interests. Hiking in the picturesque foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains is also an avid pastime.
