Nurturing a Family Storytelling Tradition: A Multi-Generational ‘Playshop’ in Story Games, Storytelling, and Building a Love for Literacy.

Storytelling as an activity in the home has many purposes: It helps build relationships; it establishes and enhances playful communication; it develops language in children; it creates interactive alternatives to a preponderance of visual media and stimulation in the modern world. There are so many ways to play with stories.  Learn to craft your family’s stories at this fun workshop. For families with children ages 4 & up.
