Storytelling is a powerful tool that can transform our perceptions and experiences, not only of those around us, but of ourselves. New Canaan Library wishes to inspire deep conversations and encourage purposeful action through storytelling. We want to create a place where people of different nationalities, generations, and professional backgrounds can connect and get inspired by authentic stories of triumphs and trials.

We invite you to join our Storytelling Workshop to learn how to shake off modesty and discover how telling the best stories of your life helps to clarify intention and purpose. Learning to tell your story will not only elevate your sense of self, but your sense of accomplishment in an increasingly competitive world. The skills you learn from this workshop will help you craft narratives for the workplace, engage with new audiences, and accentuate the positive.

Participates are expected to attend all three workshops: 2/5, 2/12, 2/26.
