Let’s celebrate the season of gratitude by sharing a special Friendsgiving together.  Our chef librarian will teach you how to make a smooth and flavorful gravy from pan drippings so you can be the hero at your family’s holidays! Come learn the difference between a slurry, a roux, and a buerre manie.  Then we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal together. Please bring a donation for our local community food pantries to participate.
