Of myth and legend befitting a Hollywood script that it conjures, the Dark Web is a very real and notorious world deep in the shadows of cyberspace. Participants in this seminar will discover how the Web as we know it is a much larger universe than the World Wide Web. They will learn how the World Wide Web operates and explore the Deep Web that occupies the larger share. And finally they will descend into the mysterious Dark Web (a.k.a.Darknet), to travel the “Silk Road”, and discover how the Tor network and Bitcoin has enabled the Darknet’s illegal commerce to thrive unabated in anonymity.
