Winter Warm Up: The Natural Path to Boosting Immunity, Mood and Body Temperature
November 10, 2019 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The seasons are changing as we transition into the fall and cooler months. Living in New England presents us with a unique opportunity to experience the four seasons in their fullest expression. Yet how many of us are able to truly embrace this time of the year? Modern-day living allows us to largely insulate ourselves from the outdoors and enjoy supermarkets shelves stocked with produce from very temperate and tropical climates. While modern technology has its place there is a certain beauty about acclimating our bodies to the cooler months with warming foods, herbs, and spices. We combine this wisdom with integrative strategies to support our body’s natural immunity, and keep our mood up during the darker and cooler months.
