Development Database / Fundraising Administrator (Part-Time)

The New Canaan Library’s dynamic fundraising team is seeking to add a qualified part-time candidate to manage the donor entry process and maintain the donor database while also providing key support to the development and communications department in all donor-based communications and initiatives.  Database training is available, but candidates who demonstrate the ability to work at a high level with Blackbaud, Raisers Edge NXT and Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.  This non-exempt, part-time position of up to 29 hours/week requires regular weekend and occasional evening shifts. The successful candidate must possess an excellent attention to detail, a proven track record managing multiple projects at the same time and be comfortable handling deadline-oriented tasks.
