Crafternoon: Introduction to Needlepoint

Learn the basics of needlepoint and make your own pendant on 18 count canvas using cotton threads -- pendant is approximately 1.25” x 1.5” when finished. The purpose of this piece is to introduce newcomers to needlepoint and to encourage their further interest in needlework.The stitches and techniques include: basketweave, Smyrna cross, reverse Scotch, bargello and slanted gobelin stitches.
