New Canaan Library offers 11 internet-ready Public Access Computers that can print to black & white or color printers, 7 Chromebooks for in-library use in the Children's or Teen rooms, and free WiFi for all in the building and around our campus.

Yes! Free WiFi is available throughout the building. The network name is NCLWireless, and there is no password required to log on.
Log in with your library card or visit our reference desk for a day pass.
You can use a computer for 120 minutes, and can add an additional 120 minutes to your time if needed. For further extensions or special circumstances, ask at the reference desk.

We have a limited number of Chromebooks that can be used in the building available to borrow from our Teen Room and Children’s Room service desks. A valid library card in good standing in our system is required to borrow a Chromebook, which may be used inside the Library only.
