Program Description

Event Details

For this 3D design class, we will explore designing fabric-like mesh on the 3d printer.  There are several approaches to designing a 3D print that has the flexibility of fabric.  After an introduction to the design basics and examples of real-world applications, you'll have time to explore and make your own custom swatch. Some 3D design experience in Tinkercad or similar program is helpful but not required. Please note that due to the time it takes to print an object, finished projects will be picked up after the class.  You will receive a confirmation email when your finished 3d printed project is ready for pick up.  For students in grades 4-7.

Registration opens May 1 at 8am.
