We welcome acclaimed chef, recipe developer, and culinary influencer Anna Gass, in conversation with CNN anchor and fellow member of the National Organization of Italian Women, Alisyn Camerota. Join them for a discussion of Ms. Gass’s latest cookbook Italian Snacking: Sweet and Savory Recipes for Every Hour of the Day - A Cookbook.

ABOUT THE BOOK: In Italian cuisine, there is an entire category of smaller bites—spuntini—meant to be enjoyed at in-between meal moments of the day. Gass’s new cookbook introduces the American audience to the complete range of spuntini culture, with recipes drawn from across the country.
