The Partnership: George Marshall, Henry Stimson and the Extraordinary Collaboration That Won World War II by Edward Aldrich focuses on these two military giants, telling the fascinating stories of each man, the dramatic story of their collaboration, and the epic story of the United States in World War II.

Edward Aldrich lives in Westport Connecticut and wrote The Partnership over a seven-year period, largely on his train commute in and out of Manhattan.  This is his first book.
