Program Description

Event Details

From the simplest cupcakes to the most elaborate desserts, there are certain skills that are foundational to creating your own delicious bakes. In this class, we are lucky to be led by Catherine Macdonald from Tastebuds CT, who will teach three essential baking skills: blending, creaming and foaming, in our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen.

We'll start off easy with blending for a cake, followed by creaming, and then foaming for something more special.

Don't miss this chance to either mop up your technique or learn something totally new!
