About the Instructor: Bud Freund, with over 20 years of experience, is a seasoned professional in making computers do what they’re supposed to do and stop doing what they shouldn’t. He has been teaching technology to users of all ages and providing tech support to small businesses, instilling confidence in his students and clients. He is a frequent SCORE workshop presenter as well as a Certified SCORE Mentor focusing on technology tips, tricks, topics and trends.
