Join Cara Zelas, a teacher and author, along with a special guest, real-life therapy dog, Little Dude! Explore the theme of kindness through a book reading, engaging hands-on craft activities, and dog snuggles. This program is ideal for children 3-7 years old and their families.
Cara Zelas is an early childhood educator, social and emotional learning expert, and curriculum creator, who received Bachelor of Media Communications and Bachelor of Elementary Education Degrees (Macquarie University, Sydney) as well as an Early Childhood Montessori Certification (West Side Montessori School, New York). Cara is the founder of Big World of Little Dude, an educational platform teaching children social and emotional skills. This program is designed for children and their caregivers to participate together. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child throughout this program. Please avoid side conversations or cell phone use for the duration of the program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
