Event Details

Whether you're an elite runner or just starting out, this program is designed to help you achieve peak performance. Join us as Dr. Megan Gleason, orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at ONS, shares insights on common running injuries and how to prevent them. Additionally, Meghan Hufziger, Pelvic Floor Therapist at ONS Stamford, will discuss pelvic floor dysfunction in runners and the role of physical therapy in optimizing your running form and Alicia Hirscht, Senior Director of Physical Therapy at ONS, will demonstrate the importance of how your body functions while running. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your performance and stay injury-free.
