Whether you're an elite runner or just starting out, this program is designed to help you achieve peak performance. Join us as Dr. Megan Gleason, Orthopedic Surgeon, shares insights on common running injuries and how to prevent them. Additionally, Meghan Eckle, DPT, will discuss pelvic floor dysfunction in runners and the role of physical therapy in optimizing your running form and Alicia Hirscht, DPT will demonstrate the importance of how your body functions while running. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your performance and stay injury-free.
