Event Details
We'll start with a demonstration on the Glowforge, a laser cutter that has cut our cloud-shaped looms for this project. The Glowforge can be used to cut and etch a wide-variety of materials including wood. We will warp our looms together and demonstrate some basic weaving techniques. There will be yarn and wool roving available for your cloud weaving. For this project, your weaving will stay on the loom. The loom will become the frame for displaying your piece. For teens ages 12+ and adults.
