Program Description

Event Details

Ryan Bridge “The BugMan” introduces Bugs in this hands-on event! We will focus on how people are taught to dislike and thus, be afraid of bugs and insects. Breaking stereotypes and common fears about the most important creatures on our planet, will teach everyone that “nothing in Nature WANTS to harm us”. Best of all, everyone will have a chance to pet and hold Live Bugs! Keeping insect education fun and exciting, audiences will experience the world of Entomology like never before! Best for children ages 4-12. 

Registration for this event will be open from June 1, 2023 @ 8:00am

Youth Participation Guidelines

If your child is under 12 years old, an adult caregiver must remain in the Children’s Room for the duration of the program. If your child finishes a program early, or if a child becomes ill, distressed, or behaves in a manner that interferes with other participants’ enjoyment of the program, they may be released into the Children’s Room before the program’s end time. Please ensure that your child knows exactly where to find you at all times.
