Event Details
We are thrilled to welcome Griffin Dunne, actor, director and producer, whose searing family memoir has been called "warm and perceptive" by the New York Times -- but The Friday Afternoon Club is also full of tragedy, irony and wit. It's a wide-ranging yarn, seeped in Irish-American heritage, that ultimately explores what happens when fame-tinged families are torn apart -- and stitched back together.
Dunne, who found fame on screen in hits such as After Hours, has also produced blockbusters like Practical Magic, as well as tackling roles in popular modern TV series such as This is Us and Succession. Join us this evening to hear more about his storied family and his take on the realities of love and loss.
