Join Chef Catherine Macdonald of Tastebuds CT for a captivating cooking demonstration where you’ll learn to create some classic Spring dishes which are perfect for the season’s bounty. Together, we’ll master the art of lemony zucchini, enter the exotic world of chicken chermoula and end on a final note, which will be both sweet and tart-a Lemon Pudding cake. Along the way, you’ll pick up expert tips and time-saving techniques to elevate all your future cooking adventures. Bon appétit!
Chef Catherine is the owner of Tastebuds CT - a custom catering and cooking education company. Catherine has over 10 years of experience as a personal chef, with a focus on creating healthy and delicious meals.
