Author and expert taster Mandy Naglich will teach how to cultivate your sensory skills.   With her captivating book, How to Taste:  A Guide to Discovering Flavor and Savoring Life, she will artfully lead you from novice to master, helping you transform from a person who eats to a person who tastes.  Elevate your sense of taste and get to know the lingo of professional tasters as you taste, smell and sample foods – all leading to cultivating your palate.  For adults and families with children 12 years of age and older. 

Mandy Naglich is a food and beverage journalist, beer educator, Advanced Cicerone, AROXA Certified Taster, Certified Cider Professional, National Homebrew Competition gold medalist, and has earned the certification of WSET Level 1 Spirits.  She lives, writes, and brews in New York City with her husband, Wes.
