Shipwrecks, the doldrums, fathoms and leagues – these are just some of the lingo one finds in riveting stories of life on the high seas.  Join us for short story readings and Friday afternoon discussions of those stories during the month of March in celebration of David Grann, author of The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny, And Murder, a New York Times top bestseller and our 2024 One Book New Canaan selection. You must register to receive, by email, each week’s energetic telling of nautical intrigue, be it Conrad, Hemingway, Melville, or other masters that delight readers to this day.
