We are pleased to partner with Organization of Chinese Americans Fairfield County Branch (OCA-FC) to present the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival!

The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival is an important holiday celebrated in many countries in Asia. This ancient holiday celebrates when the autumn moon is at its brightest and harvests are brought in. Traditionally, special moon cakes are served, and lanterns light up the evening skies.

This event is great for the whole family and includes the story of the Moon Goddess, telling the story of and sampling teas, eating the mooncakes, making lanterns and other activities.

OCA is a 501-3-(c) organization with 50 chapters around the country and headquarters in Washington, DC. It advocates for the rights and well-being of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders,
