Learn how to make Gnocchi! Chef Catherine demonstrates how to make three kinds of gnocchi prepared three different ways. She creates these pasta dumplings and makes a perfect compliment, basic marinara sauce. Attendees will be asked to assist the chef when applicable.

Basic Gnocchi: basic potato pasta dumplings that are boiled

Gnudi (aka malfatti): light and fluffy dumplings made with ricotta cheese and semolina and then sautéed

Gnocchi Romana: dumplings prepared with semolina, whole milk, butter and parmesan cheese, and baked

Chef Catherine Macdonald is the owner of Tastebuds CT - a custom catering and cooking education company. Catherine has over 10 years of experience as a personal chef, with a focus on creating healthy and delicious meals.
