Richard Kelsey: Before retirement from a U.S.-based global financial services firm, Richard was engaged for 38 years as a financial and valuation advisor to corporations, especially where business enterprise ownership change and related strategic initiatives were involved.

Carolyn Armbrust is an Accredited Senior Appraiser and Certified Business Appraiser. In 2001, she founded Access Value, a Connecticut-based business valuation consulting firm.
