Event Details
This class is a beginner introduction to sewing machines. We will learn how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, select stitches and create a basic seam. We will also review safety and troubleshooting guidelines. While we will be actively learning to use the machine, we will not be completing a project. Sewing machines are available for self-directed use in the MakerLab for your future projects. For grades 6-12.
Registration opens September 1 at 8am.
