Event Details

This presentation will cover various practical strategies to prevent cardiovascular disease. This will include a broad discussion of diet/nutrition, exercise, and medications that could be used. This will also include a discussion about what factors influence a patient’s risk of cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Mark Steuerwald is a cardiologist at Stamford Health. While his practice includes all aspects of non-invasive cardiology, he is particularly interested in preventive cardiology and cholesterol management.  He is fluent in both English and Spanish with practice locations in Stamford and Norwalk.
