Join Miss Rebecca at the Carriage Barn Arts Center for a Valentine's Day-themed story time and a special craft. Then explore the Carriage Barn’s latest exhibit with your family! This program is ideal for families with preschool and early elementary children.

Please register so we know how many art supplies to provide. (Drop-ins will also be welcome.)

This program is in partnership with the Carriage Barn Arts Center.

The mission of the New Canaan Society for the Arts, Inc. is to promote the visual and performing arts, and to enrich the community through exhibitions, education, and cultural experiences, and to operate the Carriage Barn Arts Center.

The Carriage Barn is located within Waveny Park, 681 South Avenue, New Canaan, CT 06840.

Off-Site Participation Guidelines

If your child is under 12 years old, an adult caregiver must remain in the area designated by our librarians for the duration of the program. If your child finishes a program early, or if a child becomes ill, distressed, or behaves in a manner that interferes with other participants’ enjoyment of the program, they may be released from class before the program’s end time. Please ensure that your child knows exactly where to find you at all times.
