Parents and Teens, join us as Paul Tomaszewski, MD and Tom Hobson, DPT speak on ACL injuries, shoulder injuries and the importance of dynamic warmups. The physicians will speak first and then there will be time for a Q&A.

Paul Tomaszewski, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, Dr. Tomaszewski graduated from Boston College with a degree in biochemistry. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatments for activity and sports related injuries in the knee, shoulder and elbow. Dr. Tomaszewski attended Georgetown University School of Medicine and graduated cum laude with a medical degree as well as a master’s degree in physiology and biophysics. Dr. Tomaszewski completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, followed by additional fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopy at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Tom Hobson, DPT has a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Medical Level 2, a Graston Technique (GT) Therapy M1-Basic Certified, is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and certification in Functional Movement Technique (FMT).
