Event Details
This is an engaging class for toddlers and preschoolers to enjoy alongside mom, dad or caregiver. You will learn basic yoga poses and breathing exercises while playing games, singing songs and listening to stories. Come have fun with your little one!
Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to take your socks and shoes off! Yoga mats will be provided!
REGISTRATION FOR THIS CLASS IS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL DATE.
About the Teacher
Kelly Gray has been a public elementary school teacher in California and Connecticut for twenty years. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training (RYT 200) from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Kelly has combined her passion for teaching children with her passion for yoga and now teaches children’s yoga classes! She has trained with Radiant Child Yoga and is a member of Kumarah Yoga for Kids. Using stories, games, and songs, she incorporates breathing exercises and yoga poses to make classes fun. Parents and children experience the lasting benefits of yoga while sharing a joyful time together!

Child and Caregiver Participation Guidelines
This program is designed for children and their caregivers to participate together. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child throughout this program. Please avoid side conversations or cell phone use for the duration of the program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
