Join the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra to explore String instruments! The String Family has its own unique way of making sound through the vibration of their strings. While they all work the same way – their sounds and abilities have special attributes for each instrument. Our String Quartet (Violins, Viola and Cello) is featured for this presentation and will showcase how different vibrations make different sounds. Try your own vibrations with our String instrument Petting Zoo.
